• Last 6 Months Bank Statement (Personal + Company)
• Bank Solvency Certificate (Individual + Company)
• NID/Birth Certificate
• Latest TIN + Income Tax Certificate.
• Round trip air ticket
• Hotel booking
• Marriage certificate is binding
• Husband/Wife N ID Copy, Child Birth Certificate Copy
• asset valuation
• Family information (parents, spouse, child's date of birth, place of birth, and country of residence)
• C.V Details (Present Address, Permanent Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Last Educational Qualification, Name of Institute)
• In case of any rejection, date and reason should be mentioned
• For traders :
• 1. Trade license copy (updated), (with English translation and notarization)
• 2. Letter head pad 2 copies
• 3. Visiting card 2 copies
• 4. Participatory Deed/ Memorandum
• For Employees :
• 1. NOC, Visiting Card, Company ID Card (date of start of business or employment)
• 2. All previous employment (including job duties, supervisor's name and date of termination of business or employment)
• 3. Salary Slip (3 months) Salary Statement (1 year) and Salary Certificate
• For Retired Government Servants :
• 1. Retirement Document (Photocopy)
