- Trade License & Company Documents (for businesspersons), English + Notary
- Student ID & Certificate (for students)
- Govt. Order (GO) or NOC (for government officials)
- Air Ticket Booking (return ticket)
- Hotel Reservation / Invitation Letter from Turkey
- Travel Health Insurance
- Company Forwarding Letter (if sponsored by employer)
- Utility Bills Copy (if applicable)
- Visa Application Form (duly filled & signed)
- Embassy Visa Fee Payment Slip
