- Valid Passport (with 7–9 months validity on the date of application) & all previous passports
- Recent 2 Passport Size Photos (White background, Matt Lab Print)
- Income Tax Certificate
- Letter of Invitation (if applicable)
- Inviter Details (Relationship, Contact Info, Address, Passport Copy, Resident Card, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, etc.)
- No Objection Certificate (Job Holder)
- Renewal Trade License (Business Person), English + Notary
- Government Order (for Official Passport)
- Joint Venture / Partnership Deed or Memorandum (for Business)
- BMDC Certificate (Doctor)
- BAR Council Certificate (Advocate)
- Retirement Certificate (Government Employee)
- Company Letterhead (Business Person)
- Visiting Card (Business Person & Job Holder)
- Student ID and Photo Copy
- Bank Statement (Last 6 months, must have Bank Seal & Signature)
- Bank Solvency Certificate (must have Bank Seal & Signature)
- Marriage Certificate (if spouse’s name not mentioned in passport)
- Air Ticket (Booking Copy only)
