Required Documents for Schengen Tourist Visa
*Please prepare the following documents before submitting your application.
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity with at least 2 blank pages)
- All previous passports
- 2 copies of color photograph (3.5 × 4.5 cm) with white background, matte print, (ears, forehead visible and without eye glasses)
- Invitation letter (if any) (Details of invitee (relationship between applicant, contact details, address, passport copy, permanent resident card number, any utility bill copy address mentioned in the invitation letter)
- Last 6 Months Bank Statement (Individual + Company)
- Bank Solvency Certificate (Individual + Company)
- NID photo copy of both sides
- Birth certificate for babies and children only
- Latest TIN + Income Tax Certificate
- Confirmed round-trip flight reservation
- Hotel booking / proof of accommodation
- Copy of ID Card (Employee/Student)
- Marriage certificate
- Asset valuation
- Family information (parents, spouse, date of birth of children, place of birth and country of current residence)
- CV - References (Present Address, Permanent Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Last Educational Qualification, Name of Institute)
- Date and reason for refusal for any country,
- For traders :
- 1. Trade License, Renewal Trade License copy/office with Notary Public (English translated) Memorandum for Limited Company Blank page of Form XII of Pad,
- 2. 2 copies of blank page of company form/ office pad
- 3. Current Bank Statement (6 months) Bank Solvency
- 4. Visiting card
- 5. Income tax returns of the company for the last 2/3 years
- For Employees :
- 1. NOC, Visiting Card, Company ID Card (date of start of business or employment)
- 2. All previous employment (including job duties, supervisor's name and date of termination of business or employment)
- 3. Salary Slip (3 months) Salary Statement (1 year) and Salary Certificate
- For Retired Government Servants :
- 1. Retirement Document (Photocopy)
