- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, all old passports if available)
- Completed visa application form (ID1003A & ID1003B forms)
- Recent passport-size photographs (white background), 2 copy
- National ID card photocopy
- Confirmed flight booking (round-trip)
- Hotel booking / accommodation proof
- Travel itinerary (day-wise travel plan)
- Bank statement (last 6 months, signed & sealed)
- Bank solvency certificate
- Proof of employment (NOC, job certificate & salary statement) OR business documents (trade license, company documents)
- For students: student ID & proof of enrollment
- Proof of financial support (tax papers, savings certificate, etc.)
- Previous travel history (if available)
