- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity with all old passports)
- 2 Recent Passport-size Photographs (35x45mm, white background, matt finish)
- Vaccination Certificate (if applicable)
- NOC (for government/semi-government employees)
- Company Trade License (for businesspersons), English + Notary
- Office ID Card Copy / Job Certificate (for employees)
- Salary Certificate / Pay Slip (for employees)
- Travel Itinerary (round-trip air ticket booking copy)
- Hotel Booking Confirmation / Invitation Letter (if any)
- Government Service ID Copy (for government employees)
- Company Letterhead & Pad (for businesspersons)
- English Translated NID or Digital Smart ID Copy (notarized)
- Student ID Card & Letter (for students, if applicable)
- Bank Statement (last 6 months, attested & original copy)
- Bank Solvency Certificate (original with bank seal
- Marriage/Birth Certificate (if applicable)
