Required Documents for USA Tourist Visa

*The following documents must be prepared and submitted for your USA Tourist Visa application:

• Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity) And All previous passports for appointment
• Recent Passport-sized Photograph (as per U.S. visa photo requirements)
• NID card of the applicant
• NID card or passport of applicant's father and mother, copy of details of all family members (husband/wife, father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister name, date of birth, occupation, present address, If anyone died, date and place of death)
• Child's birth certificate and school ID card
• Last Education Certificate
• Facebook ID Link
• Bank Statements (last 6 months) And Bank Solvency
• Previous travel history of last 5 years
• Date of return ticket
• Hotel Booking Copy
• Date of refusal, interview date, and reason for any country visa refusal
• Businessman
• 1. Trade License, Renewal Trade License Copy with Notary Public (English Translated) Memorandum for Limited Company
• 2. 2 copies of blank page of company form/ office pad
• 3. Visiting card
• 4. Income tax return of last 2/3 years of the company
• For Employees :
• 1. NOC, Visiting Card, Company ID Card (date of start of business or employment)
• 2. Salary Slip (3 months) Salary Statement (1 year) and Salary Certificate
• For Retired Government Servants :
• 1. Retirement Document (Photocopy)
• Passport Scan Copy: Clearly scanned Passport copy required. Minimum of 6 months validity required from the arrival date.
